2 killed, three injured as jeep turns turtle

Two persons were killed while three others injured when their vehicle overturned near a bridge in Islamnagar area here this afternoon.

35-year-old Shakib and Mujib (28) were killed on the spot and three others injured when the axle of their jeep broke down and it overturned, Superintendent of Police (rural) Balendubhushan Singh said.

The injured were admitted to a hospital, Singh added.
