Two hardcore Maoists were today
arrested from Goyawari Chaur of Bihar's Begusarai district, a police officer said.
Acting on a tip-off, police raided and arrested two Maoists from Goyawari village from near a hand pump, Superintendent of Police (SP) Manoj Kumar said.
They have been identified as Lakshman Sahni and Arbind Mukhiya, the SP said.
Two countrymade pistols and five cartridge were recovered from them, the SP said adding that they were planning to commit some crime.
They were suspected to be involved in several incidents of Naxal activities.
