25-year-old man beaten to death

A 25-year-old man was allegedly beaten to death for creating ruckus and misbehaving with women in Ramkot area here, police said today.

The incident took place on Friday night when Jailal allegedly created ruckus in front of one Munnalal's house in Pathri village, they said.

When the women in Munnalal's family opposed, he allegedly used foul language and misbehaved with them, they said.

Police said that agitated Munnalal along with his son Vinay thrashed Jailal with sticks, making him unconscious. Later, Jailal managed to reach his home and succumbed before he could be rushed to hospital.

A case has been registered against Munnalal, Vinay and two others after a complaint was lodged by the deceased's brother yesterday, Station Officer Ramkot, T R Pande said.
