3 injured in IED blast in Pak

Two policemen and a child were injured today when a remote controlled improvised explosive device hit a police patrolling van in Pakistan's northwestern city.

The police van was patrolling in Bahrain when the bomb hit the vehicle, injuring two policemen and a child, police said.

The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital, police said.
