Case filed against 91persons for obstructing govt work

An FIR has been filed against 91 persons for blocking a road and obstructing government work, police said.

The FIR, filed yesterdayby sub inspector Ram Kishor Singh, states that Ravendra, along with 90 other persons, blocked a road, assaulted villagers and also raised slogans against the police.

The accused were protesting over the death of a man after being hit by a speeding truck on Sunday and demanded action against the driver, police said adding that no arrests have been made yet.
