Four persons were killed and one injured in an accident this afternoon at Kharkholi area on the Badaun-Farrukhabad road here.
The accident occurred when two motorcycles collided with each other, police said.
"Two unidentified persons, in their mid-twenties, died when a van ran over them after they fell from their motorcycle," SP Anil Kumar Yadav said.
Nisrat Ali (40) and his nephew Dilshad (23) succumbed to injuries at the district hospital, he said, adding former's wife was referred to Bareilly hospital for treatment.
A case has been registered at the Alapur police station and the police are trying to trace the van, police added.
