50 Cent to perform on ex-girlfriend Chelsea Handler's show

Rapper 50 Cent is likely to perform on final episode of ex-girlfriend Chelsea Handler's talk show.

The 'In Da Club' hitmaker first met the comedienne during an appearance on her chat show in 2009, and shortly after, the began dating for a few months, reported E! News.

The show 'Chelsea Lately' will end its seven-year run on 26 August, and the finale will also include appearances by Handler's friends Jennifer Aniston and Sandra Bullock.
