Addressing discontentment among Kashmiris should be govt's

CPI(M) leader and Kulgam MLA Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami today said that addressing the massive "discontentment" among the Kashmiri people should be the primary concern of any responsible government.

He said there can be several factors responsible for the present unfortunate situation in Kashmir, but the crucial reason remains the deepening alienation of the people.

"How to address this massive discontentment should be the primary concern of any responsible government," he said.

"The experience teaches us that a credible process of dialogue is the only option for resolving issues," he said.
