Balrampur Chini Mills to promote Pramod Patwari as CFO

Sugar firm Balrampur Chini Mills today said it would promote Pramod Patwari, currently GM (Finance & Accounts), as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

"In line with the succession policies of the company, Pramod Patwari, a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience, who is presently GM (Finance & Accounts) and is associated with the Company for over 8 years, would be elevated as the Chief Financial Officer," the company said in a filing to the BSE.

Kishor Shah had resigned from the post of Director-cum-Chief Financial Officer.

Patwari's appointment would be considered at the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the company.
 

Balrampur Chini is the country's second largest sugar producer.
