Balrampur Chini Mills announces resignation of director cum CFO

With effect from 30 November 2015

Balrampur Chini Mills announced that Kishor Shah has on 21 November 2015 informed the Company about his decision to relinquish his position as Director-cum-Chief Financial Officer of the Company, as he wishes to allocate his time and commitment towards pursuing other professional ventures. His resignation would be effective w.e.f. 30 November 2015.
