Textiles firm Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Co Ltd today said its loss widened to Rs 71.21 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2016-17.
It had recorded a loss of Rs 65.64 crore in the same period of previous financial year, 2015-16.
Total income from operations, on a standalone basis, also declined by 2.16 per cent to Rs 430.47 crore as against Rs 439.99 crore in the second quarter of previous fiscal, Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Co Ltd said in a BSE filing.
Bombay Dyeing stock closed 4.75 per cent lower at Rs 53.10 on BSE.
