Two bouncers employed with a pub at Banjara Hills here, were arrested today for allegedly misbehaving with a woman and beating up a man who had accompanied her, the police said.
In their complaint lodged with police, the woman and the man who accompanied her, alleged that bouncers identified as 'Anthony' and 'Anish', allegedly misbehaved with them and roughing up the man after an altercation at the pub last night, Panjagutta police station inspector S Mohan Kumar said.
The bouncers questioned both of them about the damage to a basket at the pub after which an argument broke out between the bouncers and the complainants, the police inspector said.

After the complaint was lodged, the Panjagutta police booked a case charging the bouncers with assaulting or using criminal force against the woman with an intent to outrage her modesty, wrongful restraint and voluntarily causing hurt under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, as well as arrested the two bouncers.
