Authorities say a building being demolished has partially collapsed in New York City, killing one construction worker and trapping at least one other beneath the rubble.
The Fire Department of New York says the collapse was reported just before 10:30 am today at an eight-story building on West 38th Street in midtown Manhattan.
At least 60 firefighters are at the scene of the collapse. Police have blocked off the street.
