CESC extends date for bill payments

CESC tonight said it has decided to extend the last date of bill payment by another three days in wake of demonetisation of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes.

Due to ban on Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes from tomorrow, the last date for bill payments has been extended by three days, a CESC official said.
