Citric acid prices fell by Rs 50 per 50 kg in the national capital today owing to reduced offtake by consuming units amid adequate stocks on increased arrivals from producing belts.
Citric acid (China) prices fell by Rs 50 to conclude at Rs 2,950-3,250 per 50 kg.
Traders said subdued demand from consuming industries against increased arrivals from producing belts mainly pulled down citric acid prices.
