Congress president Rahul Gandhi has approved the nomination of party leader Prem Chandra Mishra for the binneial election to the Legislative Council of Bihar, according to a party statement.
In Bihar, 11 Legislative Council seats are falling vacant on May 6. The last date of filing of nomination papers for the election is April 16. Polling will be held on April 26.
