Copper prices fell by 0.42% to Rs 369.20 per kg in futures trade today amid a weak trend in global markets and subdued spot demand.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper for delivery in June shed Rs 1.55, or 0.42%, to Rs 369.20 per kg in a business turnover of 18 lots.
The metal for delivery in April traded lower by Rs 1.75, or 0.37%, to Rs 364.25 per kg in 383 lots.

Globally, copper for delivery in three months fell 0.2%, to $5,731.50 per tonne on the London Metal Exchange and metal for delivery in May slid 1.4% to 41,780 yuan ($6,668) a tonne on the Shanghai Futures Exchange.
