Senthamizh put the Pondicherry team ahead, with a goal in the 17th minute.
DBYC got the equaliser in the 51st minute when Ravi found the back of the net.
Annamalai scored the winning goal in the 61st minute.
DBYC meets ASC, Bengaluru, in a second-round fixture tomorrow.
