A drug peddler was arrested from a locality here for allegedly possessing 50 grams of smack, police said today.
Joginderpal alias Pali of local Shivpuri mohalla was arrested at Bhogpur T-point on Phagwara-Hoshiarpur road last night.
The arrest was made under relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) Act, police said.
