An eight year-old pantheress died of suspected heart related illness at the century-old Government Zoo here this early morning.
Initial examination indicated that the animal could have died of heart related problem, Zoo officials said
The pantheress, brought here in May 2010, had given birth to a cub three months ago in the zoo and it was healthy.
Now there are four panthers, including the cub, in the zoo, they said.
