Factory owner arrested over fire which killed four workers

The owner of a rubber factory was today arrested by the Cyberabad police here in connection with the fire that claimed four lives yesterday, police said.

Kailash Chand Agarwal, the owner, has been booked for negligence.

Four workers, hailing from Bihar, died in the fire which broke out at Agarwal's factory yesterday morning.

Fire officials said that preliminary probe suggested that leakage from a pipeline supplying hot liquid chemical resulted in the fire.
