A fire today broke out at the
district jail at Dasna in the morning, officials said.
According to fire department officials, a fire was reported in the women's barracks of the jail at around 9 A.M. following which a fire tender was rushed to the spot.
No injuries were reported in the fire that was sparked by a gas cylinder, sources added.
