Fire at highrise, 2 injured

A fire broke out in the

ground floor of a highrise at Shibpur in Howrah district tonight.

Five fire tenders put off the flames which broke out at the ground floor godown, stocked with cardboards, around 8 pm, fire brigade sources said.

A woman and her 8-year old child were injured after inhaling gas and taken to hospital.
