Five killed under wheels of train in Patna

Five persons, including three women, were run over by a speeding train when they were crossing railway tracks near Rajendra Nagar terminal station here.

"The five were crossing the tracks and did not notice that a Patna-Islampur passenger train was approaching," East Central Railway CPRO, A K Rajak told PTI.

They were run over and killed at around 9 PM.

The bodies, which are yet to be identified, have been kept at Rajendra Nagar Station under Danapur division of East Central Railway.
