Satyen Ghosh died at the age of 91 today.

He is survived by his wife and two sons.

Ghosh was suffering from old age ailments, his family said.

Ghosh was first elected to the West Bengal Assembly in a bypoll in 1984 and again in 1987 from Shibpur constituency in Howrah district.
