Heaping praise on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh today said he has changed the phenomenon of "Congress versus all in the Indian politics to all versus BJP", with his good work.
"Earlier, it was Congress versus all...Today, it is BJP on one side and all others are trying hard together on the other side. Still, they are not able to win. That is the magic of Narendra Modi," he said, addressing a meeting here to mark the NDA government's second year in office.
Giving out statistics, he said the BJP has more MLAs than Congress in the country and it is in power in 15 states, compared to eight ruled by Congress and its allies.

"You will keep on searching for Congress on India's map, but you are not going to find Congress," he said.
He said for the first time in the country a Prime Minister is giving an account of his work.
Observing that Chhattisgarh and Telangana have "many similarities", including the problem of Naxalism, Singh said he is trying to overcome it in his state.
"(Telangana) overcame Naxalism. I am gearing up. Hopefully that will also be corrected with God's blessings."
In an apparent reference to the TRS government in Telangana, he said no Chief Minister in the country can say injustice is done to his state as the Modi government has increased the share of states in funds by 10 per cent (to 42 per cent).
Singh dwelt at length on the development and welfare schemes launched by the NDA government, including Jan Dhan Yojana, efforts on achieving 100 per cent electrification, development of highways, and providing LPG connections under Ujjwala Yojana.

Union minister Hansraj Ahir said no party in power at Centre had tried to explain its work like the NDA government did.
He claimed the NDA government's efforts to create large scale employment, check price rise and reduce poverty have "begun to yield fruits" and 'achhe din' "have started to come".
"But those who lost power cannot see good," he said.
The NDA dispensation is working on the Jan Dhan Yojana accounts in order to substantially raise the incomes of farmers who are the biggest community in the country, he said.
The Centre is working on reviving the fertiliser plant at Ramagundam, IDPL's pharma plant in Hyderabad, cement industry in Adilabad district and a textile plant (all in Telangana) which were shut during Congress rule, Ahir said.
He said a textile park will be set up at Warangal.
He claimed the Telangana government has not opened the medical stores meant for providing medicines at a low price under a Central government programme.
Explaining other development projects for Telangana, Ahir claimed the state has got more funds than even BJP-ruled Maharashtra and Chattisgarh, "but the TRS government has not used them".
On the occasion, BJP Secretary Sidharth Nath Singh slammed Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi for his "suit-boot ki sarkar" barb.
