A 17-year-old girl was allegedly
kidnapped and raped at Rau wala village here, police said today.
The victim alleged that Gurdhiyan Singh and Gurdarshan Singh abducted her and raped her three days back when she had gone to school along with her cousin.
She alleged that the accused were standing near the school gate and told her that her father had been injured in an accident following which they had come to take her to the hospital.
The victim claimed that she went with them on a bike. She was taken to an adjoining field and raped by Gurdarshan Singh, they said.
The girl was left in the field by the accused who fled the spot, police said, adding, she went home and informed her parents about the incident.
A case against the two accused has been registered at Kot Ise Khan police station under relevant sections of IPC, they said.
