Gur remains flat in tight movements

There was not much activity at the wholesale gur (Jaggery) in the national capital today as gur prices continued to trade in a tight range on lack of worthwhile activity, settled around previous levels.

Marketmen said lack of worthwhile activity due to off season, mainly kept gur prices unaltered.

Following are today's rates per quintal:

Gur chakku 3,200-3,300, pedi 3,400-3,500, dhayya N.A. And shakkar 3,600-3,700.

Muzaffarnagar: Rasket 2,900-2,950 chakku 2,750-2,900, khurpa N.A. And Ladoo N.A.

Muradnagar: Pedi 2,950-3,000 and dhayya N.A.
