Tamil Nadu governor K Rosaiah today congratulated ISRO Chairman A S Kiran Kumar and scientists for the successful launch of sixth navigation satellite IRNSS 1F.
"I congratulate ISRO, Chairman, Dr A S Kiran Kumar and his entire team for the successful launch of IRNSS- IF Navigational Satellite", he said in a Raj Bhavan release.
"Once again the ISRO Scientists have brought pride to India today by launching the 6th Navigational Satellite and have placed our Nation on a high pedestal in the field of Space Science and Technology", he said.
"I wish ISRO all success in its future endeavours."
Indian Space Research Organisation today successfully launched sixth navigation satellite IRNSS-1F from spaceport of Sriharikota about 110kms from Chennai.
