A local court today sentenced a headmaster to ten years imprisonment for sexually harassing two school boys.
Police had registered a case against the private school Headmaster Krishnan (44) for sexually harassing the two students on separate complaints given by the victims on October 18, 2013. He was arrested subsequently.
Erode Mahila court Judge Tirunavukarasu convicted Krishnan under the Child Protection Act and sentenced him to five years of imprisonment each for sexually harassing the two students.

The court also slapped a fine of Rs.50,000 each for sexually harassing the students.
The court said the sentence should run separately for five years (that is ten years)on each complaint.
