A sessions court judge here has been transferred to the industrial court in an administrative decision, an official said today.
"Special NDPS Judge SP Deshmukh has been transferred to the industrial court," an official in the Registrar's office said, adding the order to this effect was issued yesterday.
The transfer coincides with the complaint filed by around 50 advocates against the judge on February 27.
However, the nature of the complaint is not known.
The Bar Association had also put a notice board stating that any advocate who has any grievance against the judge can come outside the chamber of the principal judge on March 31 with relevant documents.
Deshmukh, who was hearing the civil cases till last week, was transferred to NDPS court two days ago.
