High humidity after scattered rainfall in the national capital today troubled Delhiites as the maximum temperature settled around 35 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.
"The maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 35.5 and 28 degrees Celsius, both a notch above normal," a Met department official said.
The rainfall recorded at Safdarjung observatory was 0.2 mm while the reading at Palam observatory was 0.8 mm.

The Met department has predicted cloudy day tomorrow and the minimum and maximum temperatures are likely to remain the same as today.
Yesterday, maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 36.7 and 28.6 degrees Celsius respectively.
