IED recovered
An improvised explosive devise
weighing three kg was recovered from under a concrete bridge on NH 15 in lower Assam's Sonitpur district today.
The IED was recovered at Sirajuli during a joint police and army operation, a police spokesman said.
The bomb was later defused by army, he added.
