Castorseed bold and castor oil commercial prices slipped in an otherwise listless Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today due to subdued demand from shippers and soap industries.
Meanwhile, groundnut oil, refined palmolein and linseed oil ruled steady in the absence of any large-scale buying activity.
In the non-edible section, castorseeds bold declined by Rs 25 per 100 kg to Rs 4,175 from Friday's closing level of Rs 4,200 and castor oil commercial moved down by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 865 as against Rs 870 yesterday.
Linseed oil closed unchanged at Rs 760 per 10 kg.
Moving to edible segment, groundnut oil and refined palmolein closed unaltered at Rs 830 and Rs 500 per 10 kg, respectively.
