Press Trust of India New Delhi
The CPI today urged the Centre to take the opposition parties into confidence while working out a strategy to deal with the situation after the killing and beheading of two Indian jawans by Pakistani security forces.

The Left party also said the issue should not be politicised and urged the Centre to work on dealing with the situation instead.

"It is an issue related to the entire country and the government should see how to deal with it.

"It should take all the parties into confidence on the issue," CPI national secretary D Raja said.

A Pakistani special forces' team had sneaked 250 metres across the Line of Control (LoC) into the Poonch sector in Jammu and Kashmir and beheaded two Indian jawans yesterday.
