Koteeswaran takes over as new IOB CMD

R Koteeswaran has taken over as the Chairman and Managing Director of public sector Indian Overseas Bank (IOB).

Prior to this, Koteeswaran was serving Bank of India as its Executive Director, the Chennai-based IOB said in a statement today.

Koteeswaran began his career in 1976 in Bank of Baroda and later joined Bank of India as its Executive Director.

He replaces M Narendra who has superannuated.
