Light rains lash UP

Light to moderate rains occurred at isolated places in Uttar Pradesh in the last 24 hours.

Sultanpur, Haidergarh, Faizabad and Agra received 2 cm of rainfall, while Ballia, Churk, Fatehgarh, Musafirkhana, Salon got 1 cm showers, the Met department said.

A forecast said that rain or thundershowers would occur at isolated places over the state.
