Lokayukta SIT visits illegal mining areas

Inspector General of Lokayukta Special Investigation Team (SIT) Charan Reddy, who is probing illegal mining, today visited mining areas in the district.

Reddy inspected Northeast forest range in Sandur and eight mining areas around Hosapete, officials sources said.

The SIT Chief visited these places to examine evidence and details collected by the Team's personnel during the probe, the sources said.
