Low intensity quake hits Kishtwar

Mild tremors were felt in Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar district this evening.

The quake, measuring 3.8 on the Richter Scale, was recorded at 5:36 PM, according to India Meteorological Department release issued in New Delhi.

Several earthquakes have jolted Jammu and Kashmir's Doda, Bhaderwah Valley and Kishtwar areas in May.
