Man burnt alive in house

A 50-year-old man was today burnt alive when his thatched house caught fire in Dungarpur district of Rajasthan, with police suspecting it to be a case of suicide.

Ganesh was alone at home and had locked the door from inside when the incident occurred, they said.

According to police, it appears to be a case of suicide and Ganesh was mentally disturbed.

Police said by the time the flames were doused, he had died.

His body has been sent for postmortem, they said.
