Man hit by vehicle

A 60-year-old pedestrian was

seriously injured after an unidentified vehicle hit him on a South Kolkata road tonight, police said.

Incident happened around 10.30 pm on the S P Mukherjee road in Southern part of the city when a speeding vehicle hit the person and sped away.

Locals rescued the man and rushed him to SSKM hospital where his conditiion was stated to be critical.
