Man injured by tiger in UP

A man from Kuriyani village in Mailani forest range was attacked by a tiger today when he went to the forest to collect wood, police said here.

Ram Karan (32) was coming back from the forest after collecting wood when he was attacked by a tiger hiding in surrounding shrubs, they said.

He was was rushed to a hospital where his condition was stated to be out of danger, police said.
