Man shot dead in Jammu

A man was allegedly shot dead today

in the Jhajjar Kotli area of Jammu, police said.

Kashmiri Lal shot Sita Ram with his 12 bore Gun in the Selli village, a police officer said.

He said that the victim was shifted to the hospital where the doctors declared him as brought dead.

The accused has been arrested, police said, adding that the reason behind the shooting is under investigation.
