Medium sugar prices dipped further at the Vashi wholesale market here today on persistent selling by stockists amidst weak demand from retailers.
Meanwhile, small sugar ruled stable in the absence of any worthwhile buying.
Medium sugar (M-30) fell by Rs 8 per quintal to Rs 2,712/2,922 from Wednesday's closing level of Rs 2,720/2,922.
Small sugar (S-30) was quoted at Rs 2,630/2,750 per quintal.
