Minor boy, girl commit suicide by jumping before train

Scared of telling their parents about their relationship, a school boy and girl allegedly committed suicide by jumping before a moving train near here today, police said.

The 17-year-old boy and 16-year-old girl leapt before the Tirupathi-Rameswaram train early this morning at Chidambaram Pillai Oorani, they said.

The bodies were recovered by the Railway Police and sent for post mortem.
