Four persons were killed when their car collided with a dumper truck near Bijwad crossing under Kantafhod police station area, about 60 kms from here.
The accident took place late last night when the victims were returning to Harda from Indore after doing some marriage-related shopping, police saod.
The deceased were identified as - Pankaj Agrawal (38), Sourabh Bansal (22), Rajat Rajput (25) and Mohan Mehra (23), Kantaphod police station's sub-inspector said.
The truck driver fled after the accident, police said adding that a case has been registered in this regard and further investigations were on.
