Councilor Binder Gujjar and his four aides were today remanded to police custody by a court here in connection with the murder of a property dealer.
They were arrested yesterday for their alleged role in the murder of Raju Kumar, a property dealer, on the eve of Diwali.
Police have claimed that during interrogation, Gujjar has confessed to killing Kumar over personal enmity.

According to Assistant Commissioner of Police Hawa Singh, police sought Gurjar's custody for further probe and the court granted the five-day custody.
The crime branch of Gurgaon Police arrested the accused on Friday.
Binder, a proclaimed offender,is an independent councilor in old Gurgaon and involved in several criminal cases in the district.
