GSPCB Chairman Jose Manuel Noronha said today that the noise levels would be monitored and a report compiled will be sent to the Union Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change.

"During Diwali (on all four days), we will monitor the noise pollution levels at various locations. Our staff are geared up to monitor the noise levels and compile a report," Noronha said.
