Music director arrested for 'abducting' 22 years old girl

A music director was today arrested on the charges of abduction of a 22-year-old girl, and was sent in 14-day judicial remand in the West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh.

"Sheikh Sayed Hussain Alias Sai Ram, a music director hailing from Hyderabad, allegedly abducted the girl who hails from Pallanki village of West Godavari district," said Tunuku police station's P Srinivasa Rao.

The girl wanted a break as a singer in the Telugu film industry. According to her parents, Hussain promised to give her a break and took her to Hyderabad some weeks ago, where he kept her in confinement.
 

Police traced her and Hussain today, and arrested him.
