State-owned National Buildings Construction Corporation Ltd (NBCC) today said it has bagged a Rs 1,237-crore order in Odisha under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana.
In a filing to the BSE, NBCC informed that the "company has been entrusted PMGSY works valued at Rs 1,236.88 crore in certain IAP (Integrated Action Plan) districts of Odisha".
A tripartite agreement in this regard would be signed on January 12 between NBCC, Union Rural Development Ministry, Department of Rural Development, Odisha government, it added.

NBCC is present in three main segments -- Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Real Estate Development, and EPC Contracting.
The company is also designated as the implementing agency for executing projects under Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM), Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna (PMGSY), Solid Waste Management and developmental work in North Eastern Region.
